Return & Replacement Eligibility
We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• You’ve received a wrong item or SKU
⚠ Replacements are allowed once per order and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement
- Raise a Request (within 3 days):
Email us at info@rangbhar.com or WhatsApp at +91 8800778381 with your order ID and issue. - Share Supporting Media:
Include photos/videos of the product, packaging, and issue. - Packing & Pickup:
Once approved, we’ll share a shipping label. Please repack the item securely in its original box and send us images of the packed parcel before pickup. - Inspection & Resolution:
After we receive and inspect the item (unused & in original condition), we’ll ship a replacement or issue store credit as applicable.

🔸 Returns for personal preferences or change of mind are not eligible.
