Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• You’ve received a wrong item or SKU

⚠ Replacements are allowed once per order and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Raise a Request (within 3 days):
    Email us at info@rangbhar.com or WhatsApp at ‪+91 8800778381‬ with your order ID and issue.
  2. Share Supporting Media:
    Include photos/videos of the product, packaging, and issue.
  3. Packing & Pickup:
    Once approved, we’ll share a shipping label. Please repack the item securely in its original box and send us images of the packed parcel before pickup.
  4. Inspection & Resolution:
    After we receive and inspect the item (unused & in original condition), we’ll ship a replacement or issue store credit as applicable.

🔸 Returns for personal preferences or change of mind are not eligible.
